3/8" x 6" Nipple Black

This 3/8″ × 6″ black steel Schedule 40 nipple is a welded and threaded male-to-male fitting, made from carbon steel and coated with a black varnish to minimize surface corrosion. It’s designed for reliable use in industrial and construction systems including gas (LP and natural), oil, steam, and other fluid lines. The threads comply with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 NPT standards, and the material conforms to ASTM A‑53 / A‑733 specifications.

This nipple can withstand high pressures (up to 500 psi at 150°F, per BK Products) and has an operating temperature range from –200°F to 150°F, based on Midland’s technical sheet.
