The Amerex IS Total Flood Perimeter Nozzle (TFP, P/N 17809) is the high-volume total flood nozzle in the Amerex IS Industrial Dry Chemical Fire Suppression System, designed for perimeter mounting at the upper boundary of large enclosed hazard volumes. Two TFP nozzles provide total flood coverage for up to 5,440 cubic feet, making it the nozzle of choice for large enclosed industrial spaces where the standard Total Flood nozzle (TF, P/N 16172) would require too many nozzle positions to achieve the required agent concentration. The TFP uses a 1-inch female thread, distinct from the 3/4-inch male NPT used on all other IS nozzles, and uses a dedicated replacement cap (P/N 17810) rather than the shared P/N 14988 cap.
