The Ansul R-102 Double Tank Nitrogen Cartridge (Part 73022) is a pressurized nitrogen gas cartridge engineered specifically to drive the agent discharge in Ansul R-102 restaurant fire suppression systems that use two liquid agent tanks. When the system triggers, the cartridge seal is punctured, releasing nitrogen gas that pressurizes both suppression cylinders, enabling simultaneous discharge of the wet chemical agent.
